POOR SERVICE

i have app**** for router and i have no connection yet ihave paid

i have called numerous time but i am still not getting any assistance and nobody ever bothered to call me back for further assistance.

I have been to the store and there is no help even after that.

i want a refund and a cancellation of my router, before i escalate and lodge a complain with ICASA
