Poor service

Been struggling with my home wifi, I was told it's the address, I updated the address and got to use my wifi for an hour, iv been calling and going in and of mtn, still I do not have internet connection, the guy at the store told me he updated my address and only to find out he didn't, I called 135, Khanyisa helped me but that was for few minutes.

As I am typing this I still do not have internet connection I had to buy data in order to post this.

It's been 3 days now
