Poor service

They suspended my services after my debit order bounced, and when I called to make a payment arrangement they tell me the last 2 payments arrangements from May are still on pending of which I paid for them and my account was up to date. For a week trying to get my Sim unblocked no one give me a straight answer. Now I was given a number to call fore re connection I was put on hold for more than an hour only to for the call to be dropped didn't even get a reference for the call. If there was a option to give 0 rating mtn deserve one. Now I just want to finish the remaining 5months and leave this **** of service. Imagine having your line blocked for more than 2 weeks nxa
