Poor service

I tried to change my fibre service provider to MTN Fibre. The consultant said that everything is in order and I was told to cancel my existing provider whichI did.Now I was told that there is no coverage in my area. Their website says that there is coverage. Nobody at MTN want to help sort the problem out
