Poor service

I am a very dissatisfied customer at the moment with Mtn and DSV. I have purchased my item form you last week already. Delivery should have been last Friday when the driver got here the device of delivery gentleman was not working. I had to call to have rescheduled delivery as Mtn or DSV didn't. Monday(23/05) and Today (Tuesday 24/05) he came again and the same story. I cannot believe that such a big company Mtn and DSV do not have a manual system in place for this type of situation. When you call DSV they say it's Mtn and tell you to phone them, then you Mtn hold on for 10 minutes and get told it's DSV. Round and round in circles as no one will take responsibility or just try make a plan
