Poor serice on upgrade

I upgraded 2weeks ago and still awaiting for my phone to be delivered. If I phone the call centre they cant seem to help me, 'phone this number or this number or this one' this is unacceptable. Will never upgrade over the phone again. Don't even bother sending emails 3-4 days for a response.
