<p>i spoke to albert tsotetsi trying to activate my contract phone(sim) but we had to axchange rude words as i did not undertand what he was talking about he did not handle the call professionaly he was rude its my 1st time on Mtn contract and i feel mistreated by your agents(albert) i would like to talk to such agent as albert any more im just dissapointed in trusted name and agents </p>
