Poor repair service

I have been a MTN customer for 20 years. As a freelance journalist and media/comms consultant I depend heavily on my mobile phone. In recent months I have noticed deterioration in network coverage. Often there is no signal and calls are dropped. My latest problem is a fault with the MTN network which causes me to receive thousands of missed call notifications per day for no reason. Despite several complaints over three months, the matter has not been resolved. Perhaps it is time to consider porting my number.
