Poor poor services

In actual fact the rating is 0 star . I bought 1gb data last week cause I dont use much data the next thing Monday come no data, okay fine. Bought 1 GB again Monday 11 , low and behold I used for 5 minutes. All I know I want to use it my data is finished . I was sending an email which I normally do without using much. I tried to call customer centre no answer just a stupid recording . I want to speak to a human being not a machine please give is a number were I can talk to a human be.
