POOR POOR SERVICE MTN THE GROVE MALL

MTN The Grove Mall, poor poor service with staff that has no passion for what they doing. Firstly went there with my 74 old mother, then put in a days leave to go again and tried to open an account only with staff having an attitude, and telling my my documentation is not correct after she gave me a list of what I must bring. Never experienced such bad unprofessional service. Horrific experience.
