Poor poor service mtn fiber

MTN fiber is providing very poor poor service, i bought the fiber online and it was delivered on Friday since then my fiber isn't activated then I called in to activate my fiber today spoke to nomhle qoza, she made to stay online for more than half an hour asking me my ID number more thank 5 times and the after telling me she cant assist because of the network, I feel i choose wrong service provider so disappointed with MTN, worse part they cant call you back so useless, i wanna cancel and please refund my money.
