Poor poor service MTN

I have had the same number for close on 20 years... I have been overseas and cannot find 1 way to communicate with someone to reinstate my number as I am now overseas. I have had a pay as you go which just stopped working and no way to get my number reinstated by MTN. Highly unprofessional!
