Poor Poor service from MTN insurance with in competent AGENCIES

MTN insurance (Admyntec Services LTD (PTY)) they are useless I have a claim with them since 27 of April I’m waiting for my phone yesterday I was told that they don’t have the phone anymore and promised to be sent a list of phone with the same value as my lost phone but they never did, today I have been calling them with no luck to be assisted by their in competent agent who just hang up on me they really have a poor service I even regret having insurance with them can anyone assist
