Poor Poor Service from MTN

I have taken two new contracts yesterday (SIM CARD DATA CONTRACTS) and consultant advised me that within 24 hours that these will be activated and this timeline has expired. I called the call centre, no one answers. This type of service is rediculous!!!!!!!
