Poor poor service

I'm so appalled by this service provider , network is ......let me not get started but my main complaint is I was due for an upgrade in Dec , they kept pestering me to upgrade up until I gave in. I initially wanted to change network because of their poor coverage and buy a new phone else where because my phone is giving me problems. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and upgrade and now I regret. I spoke to siphosethu ntuli from gauteng province on the 14 th of Jan and til today I haven't received my phone , today I decided to call and cancel and go ahead and buy myself a phone but apparently I can't cos my phone is with the courier. They transferred me to the courier but guess what they gave them wrong numbers so they couldn't get hold of me. When I call them they want an IM .....???? Number that I don't know until I was transferred to this lady in kzn ,she checked and found out that my application was done in gauteng and promised to email them . I'm not holding my breath though their service is so poor I regret using them
