POOR POOR SERVICE!

Worst service ever the inconvenience the store is giving me at Maponya mall mtn, I app**** for an iPhone and was promised to collect the phone the next day I went there and all of a sudden phone isn't approved. Even worse they upgraded my simcard now I will be paying for a simcard but no phone, I've been calling the store no answer, been promised a call back by 2 different consultants never called back i am so not happy with their service very poor very bad...…
