POOR POOR SERVICE
After my last report on a cellphone cover that as not delivered to me MTN wasted no time in responding to my problem but nothing was done. Even after countless calls by me, this issue escaleted msny times and emails sent to management by the consultant (and I was cc'd) nothing has been done. I sent through my reciept for reimbur*****t in May and I'm still waiting, but if you miss a payment you are hounded! I am beyond livid with MTN! I regret upgrading
