Poor poor Poor customer service ever

I took a sim and router contract with MTN on the 24th of April, I decided to cancel the contract on the 26th I called customer care they advised me to go to the store then I went to the store when I get there the store consultant said they can't assist the people who can assist is customer care then I went back and try to call retentions it took me 3 hours for them to answer my call then even her she can't assist she also advise me to back to store because she can't assist the store are the ones who can assist I told the lady everything that the store advised with, then she continues to advise me to go to store, then I went back again to store when I get there they told me the same thing as they can't assist customer care must assist, store consultant took a phone and call a Guy from retentions, to advise on cancellation fee to guy just confirm security checks and advise me he will check early cancellation fee then he just drop the call during the conversation how poor service is this

I've been going up and down since morning, no one can't assist,MTN employees they don't know their duties they drag their feet when they has to assist their clients,

So tired where I am, I'm so down I never had so disrespected service like this in my life.mtn must teach their employees how to perform their duties, this is unacceptable and unprofessional, I hate MTN I'll never recommend anyone to this store.

Some they say I should return the router to the store to reactivate it for me, some say they can't the router I have to pay early cancellation fee, like U wl never know who's right and who's wrong, this very poor poor service ever, I'm so ****en exhausted.

And if it reaches 7 days without any assistance I don't wanna hear them, charging me pernalties what what cz I bring this attention into them, the next thing they'll be saying I'm late I was supposed to come early. Which is, is them who wasted my time

He can't even calculate early cancellation fee, he just dropped the call and gone. Funny
