Poor poor not existing service

This is my 2nd mail. MTN is so pathetic they did not even respo d to the first complaint. Maybe I must take them to the CGSO.

Find my first complaint and contact me regarding a Samsung phone which is 8 mnths old, under guarantee and dors not come on. We took the phone to MTN Kathu and they told us it will take 3 months to repair. Are you out of your.mind? I need to use this phone on a daily basis. I am fedup of your poor service. Please call me with a resolution.
