POOR POOR MTN

I had to cancel my contract already on 26 June to give a month notice. Since then I could not get through to the cancellations department. I have been trying everyday and then you hold for like 40 mins at a time!!! I am fed up and they have been wasting my time. It is the 6th of July 2022 and still I cant get through to them!!!! I have also send an email to the customer care yesterday - reply
