Poor poor customer support from MTN.

Another month and another bill, this has been going on for almost 7 months now. E-mail after e-mail to customercare at mtn dot co dot za and not a peep or acknowledgement they have received any correspondence. Please give me advise on how to contact MTN to get issues sorted this is now becoming a real joke. Who else can I raise this issue with ?
