Poor poor customer service

This unlimited rooter is **** I must day .I have been given the run around since Monday when the router was delivered but till now the thing is not working.every agent I call tells me they gonna fix the problem only to end up passing me on to someone else who's gonna fail.im sick of this nonsense. I payed for the thing and it never works and it's almost a week now.i even went to Rica the sim manually after they told me the sim was bared yet ryt now they just told me I need to make a sim swop.sim swop of a sim that is new? These pple don't know their jobs and the so called team leaders are never available to deal with such matters.I NEED A REFUND A.S.A.P! THIS IS NOW VERY STUPID YET I HAD SO MUCH FAITH IN MTN!
