Poor poor customer service

I recently upgraded my phone and after about 2 months it stopped working. The touch screen wouldn't accept my touch as input. The phone has been sent in 3 times now and mtn updates the software and sends it back and says they won't replace it as they don't see a fault yet I have no phone to use. Basically bullying me into trying to accept their excuse
