POOR PATHETIC SHOCKING SERVICE WITH NO ASSISTANCE!!!!!!!

Poor pathetic service! No call centre communication. No assistance apart from e-mail communication. Got my monthly data package on Saturday 11.09.2021 and this morning 263 minutes has disappeared. Nobody is willing to assist. I can't make calls and I am paying a bill of R884.00 for NOTHING! Customer service centre staff is unhelpful. MTN take responsibilities for customer queries and make contact with customers that has been supporting you for over 20 years!!!!!!! MTN is quick to take my money, but not interested when I have an issue or a problem. My money is obviously not good enough for them so I will take my business elsewhere.
