Poor, Pathetic and Greedy bunch who does as they please with YOUR money!

I was debited my contract from them but never received the notification from the bank. So I got worried and called them, they told me he debit went off successfully but when I phoned the bank, I was told there was never a debit made from MTN. This was the second time it happened and the first time I had to pay double my phones contracts amounts. So instead of paying double again, I made a direct EFT to them to pay my accounts. Later that night, I received the SMS notification of the debit made by them so I requested them to refund the money back I EFT'd into their account. They promised me the refund after 3-5 working days, but when pay out day arrived, they used my money without my consent to pay for my pro-rata data on my wifi device I took out from them which were only scheduled for payment on the 25th of April 2022. I told them I needed that money back cause I have to pay my other accounts with that before I go in arrears. They didn't had a care in the world if I would fall behind with my accounts at the other stores, just as long as their greedy asses could keep my money back, they were happy and satisfied with me, didn't even worry if that would've caused my credit score to go down. So instead, I had to take out a loan to make sure my other accounts are up to date. They don't even bother to email you of any progress on any queries or tickets you've opened by them. If you don't call in, they will never inform you of anything. Poor, pathetic and greedy service
