POOR / NO RECEPTION at HSFA Robari Lodge, 1 New Road - Somerset West

I have now tried logging a call by using 135 and by using the following URL https://www.mtn.co.za/home/coverage/query, just get a message to visit MTN store Also left message on Facebook for MTN SA, but is unable to get in touch. Problem is that the MTN reception at HSFA Robri Lodge for Assisted Living is fluctuating constantly between 2 bars and none. This causes calls to cut and internet connections to fail using any MTN connection. All MTN users at this facility are frustrated about this as they cannot get in touch with there families and vice versa. Who can assist with this problem? I am visiting and have tested this from several devices using different SIM cards. The cell phone reception further away from this facility (2km)seems to work fine.
