POOR NETWORK SPEED
On 2015-09-01 I bought a one day data bundle. The problem is I can't do anything with it as it is so slow (10kb/s). When I called the Mtn Coverage centre they told me ********ly that they can't do anything about it and I should buy one of the other data bundles. The speed is not guaranteed!!!!! How can the first 150mb speed be fast and then after that it can't be guaranteed!!!!!! What is the reason you have a service that's not working it's just taking money from your customers and not providing a promised service. It's actually theft. I have been with Mtn a number of years and the service is only getting worse and worse. Just another year then I can port. Please Mtn do something about your poor service.
