Poor Network Service
We have been experiencing poor network in the Hoedspruit area. It takes up to 10 phone calls for one conversation. People can not hear you or you can not hear the caller. Calls are cut off in the middle of a conversation. This is very costly and time consuming. We are struggling to operate a business with this problem. We have complained on numerous occasions to MTN and there has been no improvement. This problem commenced the beginning of January and seems to be getting worse.
