Poor Network coverage

Since Sunday afternoon my whole house hold has poor signal .Even worse we can not connect to the internet at all and this is huge inconvenience as am currently working from home. I have called the call centre and they only apologized and said they have issues with the tower . Its been 3 days can this issue in Tembisa Difateng please be sorted out .
