Poor network coverage

Very very poor service, I have a data sim contract with Mtn but never had coverage in my area for the past 6months, I've logged numerous emails, only once did I receive feedback, i logged another in April and still no response, the coverage has went from bad to worse over the past 2 weeks, I have 120gb but I cannot make use of it yet I'm paying plus there's an upcoming increase from this month
