Poor network connection

I am a prepaid customer with MTN. The deals are great. However, the network quality is bad these days. I stay in Bramfischer. MTN used to be the best network provider this side. Since the beginning on this week, it is performing very bad. I am sure this is something that that you can fix as it has been working fine. Now I can't make even a single phone call
