POOR NETWORK AVAILIBILITY

On 6 May 2023 I shared our bad experience with MTN availability at the Tshipise Forever resort south east of Musina. MTN did not respond. Things have changed since my last review. We thought for the better (there were some service available during load shedding) but the network is unavailable for a large percentage of the time when the power is back up. There are large numbers of MTN customers at this resort for long periods and this lack of service is becoming a joke. I find it totally unacceptable that we have to pay monthly contract fees and there is no recourse for the lack of service. There is not even an attempt to explain when reasonable service can be expected. A good business model when you receive all your money with absolutely no attempt to provide anything in return. MTN should start refunding subscribers for this lack of service.
