Poor Network and lazy Back office

I've got two issues. One is the ignorance displayed by MTN for incorrectly capturing my personal details even after calling them several times requesting an edit.

The other is the poor network in my area for the past month. It's dipped for no reason! What must I do with a 1MB download speed, please tell me?
