Poor network

We've been having trouble with connectivity speeds for the past 6-8 months in phalaborwa, the ping is extremely high, the upload and download speeds very low at the time of writing this review I measured the ping at 1873ms, the download at 6.24Mbps and the up load at 3.26Mbps on my Cat S62 pro on the LTE band, me and a lot of my colleagues at work use our phones to communicate via whatsapp as it is a bit more efficient than using 2 way radios, but thanks to MTN we have to go back to the stone ages as we are having trouble communicating with a network that we pay for out of our own pockets, the sad thing is I've been a customer with MTN for over 16 years with no problems until recently. I have lodged a complaint about this in the past with their customer service and they told me to restart my device(which by the way I've done countless times before I contacted them) and they'll log it with another department(sorry I can't remember which) I'm really getting fed up with this poor service.
