POOR MTN TELESALES CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never in my life gotten this **** service from a service provider. You would think that MTN will have a great customer service department as they are one of the biggest cellphone service providers. Our dispute has been going on for more than a month now, going for month no 2. We have send numerus emails and surprise surprise up to date no response. We need to phone for an update and we need to email for an update. We have gotten another person from MTN from another department to assist us and he has gotten more info in a day the the MTN Telesales (Agent:Reagan Msane) , you guys are quick enough to take our money and switch off accounts but when there is a dispute you take forever to sort it out.
