POOR MTN SERVICE GARDEN ROUTE MALL

So disappointed with MTN Garden Route Mall. Slow, sloppy and no progress. I came into the shop on the 26th of September to report my phone ****** and requested a SIM swop and the phone to be blacklisted. Its a week later. NO PROGRESS and no one anseres the store number and the person who assisted me no longer takes my calls or emails. Shocker. A week an dthe phone ius still not blacklisted.
