Poor MTN service delivery - Mpumalanga

I live in Barberton MP. I'm a loyal client of MTN since 2002 & currently have 6 contracts with them. For the past few months we constantly have no MTN signal for days in a row, this time it's since Fri 06 Jan 2023 till now 10 Jan 2023. They continue herassing their clients with so called better offers, but you pay for zero service. Can somebody please assist in this regard. Many thanks, Brenda
