POOR MTN SERVICE DELIVERY!!!

Never, in my life have a seen such nonsense. I was offered a mobile contract which i took and was told everything is ok, I accepted a debi-check mandate and was informed the phone has been received by the courier and will reach me soon!!!

nothing came, I called mtn and was told the package was returned to mtn and there is no reason, so I spoke to agent called Nadin and she started the whole process again and again i was told the phone is now by DSV and they will contact me for delivery, they did. i waited until i decided to do a follow up with DSV and they said the package had been returned to MTN YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! are we plying a game here or are you waiting for me to be debited without even receiving any phone? when i get called i get transferred from department to department. MTN WHAT GAME ARE YOU PLAYING?!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO ANGRY.
