POOR MTN SERVICE

Been trying to call 083 135 to cancel a unknown number on my account No answer I hold forever Same repeat message all over and no answer another month to battle to get info , MTN just dont have any Customer service delivery at all , thats why I moved to Vodacom I am a Dr and can not waist time in a shop to enquire about my account
