Poor MTN network coverage, it buffers all the time

My name is Nduduzo Gabela, from Esikhawini, H section, Richards Bay in KZN, we have an issue with MTN network coverage, is very poor, we have reported this to MTN in September, it worked for one week and it went back again, we phoned them they said our Tower is down, they are going to send technicians, but it looks like they is no agency, because since September we are paying for our Data contracts for nothing, we are phoning them now and then we are not winning, please help
