Poor MTN Insurance service

MTN Insurance service is very poor. Six weeks ago they said my claim is with the underwriters but I have yet to receive any feedback. It's been 2 months since I claimed and two months since my Samsung Galaxy S10+ screen cracked. Struggling to operate with an impaired cellphone - and after I'm paying high premiums
