POOR MTN DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>i have upgraded my two MTN lines on 1st April 2016, 1st contract it was for Sony Xperia Z5, the other contract was for two Samsung j1 Ace, it was a promotion you get two phones per contract. i was suprised when delivery guys deliver one J1 Ace, i call MTN Direct they promised me that the other phone will be delivered. after many unanswered telephone calls i receive a call from Mtn to tell me that i must return the phone that i have to Mtn direct store which i did on 25 May but still on this datre the upgrade was not cancelled, i am paying for a phone that i dont have. when i call MTN they told me that they did not receive the cellphone. i called Mtn Direct store in Menlyn, the one i send the phone to, they told me that the phone is in their warehouse in Midrand, i left many message to the consultant who assisted me but she never call me back.</p> <p>on my other contract they added to GB data without my conset, i was suprised end of April when it shows that my outstanding balance is R945 instead of R588, when i call 808 number they told me that i must call Mtn direct to ractify the problem as the data show recuring which mean that the consultant did not remove 2 GB free data that i was receiving on olld contract, for the newly upgraded one it is costing me additional R260</p>
