Poor MTN Customer Service

On 26 Nov 2020 I reported that on *** incoming calls are marked as Caller Unknown. Repeated followups and several visits to the MTN shop in Menlyn produced no positive results. Today 11 Feb 2021, incoming calls are still shown as Caller Unknown. My account is A*** and the ticket from MTN is #***. Please assist!
