Poor MTN customer service.

We have zero mobile service in Kleinmond during power outages. Both Vodacom and Telkom do not have any problems. I brought this to MTN's attention (3 times) and they keep on telling me it's a coverage problem and that they are working on it. They also promised to let me know once it's been addressed. Well, it has not been fixed and also no more feed back from MTN.
