Poor MTN ACCOUNTS - Customer SERVICE

MTN changed my contract's monthly fee without consultation. From R R 708.00 INC. VAT to R 1 129.57 Inc. VAT. I have called them and got at least 3 Case numbers and at least 3 different responses from their agents. MTN's system is so unprofessional that even their own employees can't give you a straight answer. Hi get told each time it will take 24 to 48 Hrs to resolve, but nothing happens. The last person I called today, Martha - REF: ***, then tells me I need to speak to Nudebt on ***, no answer, and you can't get through. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. IF I DON'T PAY, THEY JUST CUT ME OFF. IF I PAY THE NORMAL CONTRACT FEE, I GET CUT OFF AND HANDED TO NUDEBT???????????????????? ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE WORKING WITH MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!
