Poor investigation from MTN

Ref no: m*** Cell: *** Assisted by Mamello at Greenstone MTN store I took a contract with two phones two years back, i explained that i do not need extra airtime or data, as i will only afford the repayment plan. There was no problem until two months back (January 2024). were our phones were blocked after the debit order went through. When i went to MTN to check; i found out that they gave my wife data worth an amount R1814.99 (one thousand eight hundred and fourteen rand and ninety-nine cents) without her or me approving it. Which was a bridge of our agreement/contract. They say there was a pop-up message that she accepted, which she never saw. She always buys from her bank account. i want my money back!!!! Question: why did this this happen now, when the contract was running smoothly for the past two years? They realised that my debits did not suck me enough. Please be careful with MTN!! Don't go there!!!
