Poor interrupted Service from MTN despite promises of quality

For the last 4-5 months we had absolute poor LTE service from MTN. We have continuous broken reception with poor quality and speed bot day and night. We are contract business customers. MTN does little to get this service sorted out but very keen to receive our monthly fee of almost R1000-00. We had no discount or apology for poor service. We are at Marina Beach, KZN.
