Poor Internet service from MTN

I have called the MTN customer care call center numerous times in the past few weeks to reset my Internet as it is ridiculously slow. I have a 60mbps line but im getting speeds between 1-10mbps. I cant even work properly or use any mobile devices without having to reset the router every few hours, and sometimes i need to reset the router a few times within the hour. I need to cancel this Internet package with MTN
