Poor insurance

my phone was ****** on 16 April 2021. I immediately blacklisted and reported to MTN Insurance. On 17 April 2021 I received an email stating that my policy has been canceled on 16 March 2021, therefore they cannot assist me with a claim But on 15 March 2021 they debited my account for March premium but they told me that I am not covered. I was not even informed pertaining that the policy has been canceled.
