Poor Instore Customer Service (MTN Store)

I tried to go to the stores in Parow Centre and they were useless to assist me in getting a case number tin order for me to block this number 073 435 7803. And also to do a sim swop as I am the rightful owner for this contract. So as the store didn't wanted to assist me I request not pay for a sim swop for this and want this number blocked and case number sent to this email address: ***
